Personnel will provide support to the U.S. Army Signal School as Instructor/Writers that instruct and facilitate adult learning through modern training techniques and methodologies and assist in developing Government-owned Foundational curriculum. Personnel shall meet the standards outlined in established Programs of Instructions (POI), Signal School training guidance, TRADOC Regulations 350-6 and 350-70. Personnel shall provide support through certified classroom instruction, practical exercises, technical lab support, culminating exercises and curriculum validation.

Position Description:
Instruct Foundational Training to AIT students for specific 25 Series Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) 25B, 25N, 25P, 25Q, 25S and 25U. This training is designed to teach introductory IP networking as a foundation to each 25 series MOS. Support the Support the instruction and development of Army Signal School technical and planning courses, and support the training requirements of the Signal School front-end and back-end duties that include fostering self-development, platform instruction, assessing student performance, maintaining training resources, developing training schedules, managing exams, administering exercises, conducting student assessments, and assisting students with developing, preparing, and practicing presentations. Contractor personnel shall demonstrate model behavior and professionalism at all times.
• Must be a US Citizen and be able to hold a US Government Secret security clearance.
• Must be Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing and Switching certified, 200-125 certified or higher.
• Must have five (5) years’ experience and/or worked directly in a career field that programs routers and switches in a LAN and WAN environment.
• Must have experience in instructing the aforementioned topics and published study guide.
• Graduated the Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC) and either the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or the Foundation Instructor Facilitator Course (FIFC) within the last five (5) years. Or, must attend and graduate from SCTC, ABIC or FIFC within 3 months of award of the contract and arrival at the Signal School.
