Working for a Microsoft partner providing level 1 technical support to clients via various communication methods in a call center environment. Initially you will be trained to support specific applications including assisting users in simple operating system tasks, browser based applications and other basic troubleshooting.

  • One year of computer experience or 24 credit hours of computer related education.
  • Must be familiar with basic PC troubleshooting, basic printer troubleshooting, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • At least 6 months experience with telephone technical customer service.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language.
